Beef stroganoff is simple, quick to make
I waited years to buy a zester. I wanted one but never remembered to purchase it. I was left to use the small bumpy side of my old cheese grater instead. Now I have a zester like this one and use it at least once a week. It is easy to use, easy to clean. I zest some lemon over blueberries and then squeeze the juice on top. Add some sweetener and yum! This one came from Central Market and costs about $10.
