Toll House Cookies

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 c butter, softened
• 3/4 c sugar
• 3/4 packed brown sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 c semi-sweet morsels

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 mins. Cool on sheets for 2 mins then the rest of the way on wire racks.
