Peppered Salmon Fillets with Horseradish Drizzle

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- 2 tsp ground cracked pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp milk
- 4 sprigs fresh dill or parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle salt & pepper on both sides of the salmon.Pat lightly so spices adhere.Heat olive oil in large skillet over high heat. add salmon skin side up. cook to sear about 2 minutes, carefully turn with spatula. Cook to sear about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low & cover skillet. Cook until salmon is almost cooked through about 4 minutes depending on thickness. Transfer to plates.
Mix together sour cream & horseradish ina separate bowl, stir in enough milk to make drizzle.Drizzle over salmon with a dill sprig on top.
