Tomato and Basil Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 (12 oz) can flaky buttermilk biscuits (brand name tastes best)

Preparation

Step 1

Peel biscuits into 3 layers and press into mini muffin tins. Mix all ingredients and spoon into the cups. Bake at 450* for 8-10 minutes.
