Grilled Cheesy Potatoes/Bill and Vick's

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Potatoes (cut for grilling)
  • 3/4 stick of Butter
  • 6 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes up like you're going to fry them. Lay out a piece of foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Boil potatoes until almost done.
Drain and pour across foil.
Put T. pieces of butter across the potatoes. Salt and pepper. Then top with slices of cheese. Close up foil and grill for 15-20 mins.
