Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 pkgs (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz cool whip
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp salted butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp whole milk

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together pudding and milk in large mixing bowl until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spray a 9x13 baking pan, line the bottom with layer of graham crackers, breaking them in smaller pieces to fit to edges of pan. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture evenly. Top with second layer of graham crackers, followed by second 1/2 of the pudding. Top with third layer of graham crackers. Whisk together frosting mixture and spread over top of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
