Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 large baking potato cooked
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 4 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper

Step 1
Mash the potato - skin and all while it is warm and add remaining ingredients. top with extra bacon and cheddar cheese and serve at room temperature.
