Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 4 T cocoa
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- Icing
- 1 stick butter
- 6 T milk
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- A
- 1 c chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Boil for 2 mins: water, cocoa, butter. Remove from heat and beat in sugar, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix in eggs and sour cream. Bake 30 mins at 350 in greased 15x10 cookie sheet. Remove from oven and put icing on right away. Then cool and cut.
Icing
Boil one minute: butter, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
