Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of mandarin oranges with juice
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 large container of cool whip, thawed
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 small can of sliced peaches OR crushed pineapple

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges with juice, and oil for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done.
4. Cool cake before icing.
5. Beat cool whip, pudding mix, and fruit with juice until smooth.
6. Frost cooled cake.
Optional: Slice cake into two layers and frost as a two layer cake.
