- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1-15 oz can pumpkin
- 1-12 oz can evaporated milk
- Unbaked pie shell

Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in pumpkin and gradually stir in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 mins. Cool on rack for 2 hours
