Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c butter, softened
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1-1/2 c flour
  • 1-2/3 c (11oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1-2/3 c peanut butter chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add flour until evenly moist. Roll spoonful into a ball and mold into bottom and sides of muffin cups. Place 5 chips of each flavor in cup. Beat eggs, stir in milk and vanilla. Spoon into muffin cups, filing almost to top. Bake 15-18 mins or until centers are puffed and edges are brown. Run knife around edges and let centers flatten. While warm, top with the other half of remaining morsels. After cool, remove from cups.
