Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans

Step 1
Heat oven to 350º. Grease & flour a loaf pans; set aside. Cream butter & sugar; add vanilla & lemon juice. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add bananas; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 50-55 minutes or til tests done.
