Ingredients
- 2 gallons water
- 1 1/2 c. kosher salt
- 3 T. minced garlic
- 1 T. black pepper
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 large onion, cubed

Step 1
Combine salt & brown sugar in 1 gallon hot water to dissolve. Then add remaining water & ingredients in a food safe bucket, ice chest or brining bag along with your turkey. Make sure it's kept cold. Soak turkey up to 2-3 days. Rinse well & roast as you normally would.
