Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Qt. Water
- 1 Cup Diced Onion
- 1 Cup Diced Celery
- 2 1/2 Cups Diced Potatoes
- 2 (10 oz) pkg. California medley frozen vegetables
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In large Dutch over, mix the first 4 ingredients together. Cook on med. Heat 20 minutes or until tender. Add potatoes and veggies, cook until veggies are done. Add soup and cheese. For thicker soup – use hash browns instead of potatoes.
May be frozen.
