Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mozzerella
- 2 cups shredded provolone
- s & p
- 1 1/2 lb cottage cheese
- nutmeg
- lasagne noodles
- 1 24 oz jar marinara
Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute 1 lb hamburger, drain. Mix hamburger with marina sauce and set aside.
2. Make noodles (12) according to directions on box.Set on wax paper so don't stick.
3. Mix cottage cheese and shredded cheeses, little nutmeg and s &p.

3. 13x9 pyrex dish, spread couple spoonfuls of marinara sauce on bottom. Layer:
lasagne noodles (don't overlap)
1/2 cheese mixture
1/2 marinara sauce
lasagne noodles
rest of cheese mixture
rest of marinara sauce
Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes.
