Pineapple, Orange, Granola and Carrot Smoothie
This is a great riff on smoothie combinations. Granola gives it a bit of texture, while carrots add beta-carotene and pineapple provides magnesium and bromelain. Drink to good health in the morning with this one.
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1 small or 1/2 large carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 ice cubes
