Homemade Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Lasagna Noodles
  • 3 lbs. Hamburger
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 – 29 oz. Cans of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 – 12 oz. pkgs. Of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 dash of Garlic Salt
  • 2-3 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 – 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning.
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onions. Cook Noodles (about 20 minutes)
Add tomato sauce, seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Spray pan with Pam. Put a layer of sauce on bottom of pan, noodles, layer of sauce, then mozzarella cheese. Repeat until it’s as large as you want it.

Bake: Oven Method: 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
Microwave Method: High for approx. 20 minutes.

Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
