Ingredients
- 2 pounds Round Steak
- Garlic Salt, Salt & Pepper
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 Potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1-2 Cans French Style Green Beans
- 1 – 10 oz. Can of Tomato Soup
- 1 Pound Can Tomatoes (peeled and whole)
Preparation
Step 1
Season Round Steak lightly with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cut into serving size pieces and place in CROCK POT with sliced onion. Add potatoes and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove cover during last half hour if too much liquid.
