Vicki's Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Butter or Margarine
• 1 tsp Soda
• 1-1/2 Cup White Sugar
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 2 Eggs
• 2 Tbs. Sugar
• 2-3/4 Cup Flour (or more)
• 2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Cream of Tarter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter, Sugar, and Eggs. Sift flour, Cream of Tarter, Soda, and Salt.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Form into balls. Roll in mixture of Cinnamon & Sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
