Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Butter 1 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs 3 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cream of Tarter 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cream of tarter and gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well.

Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Combine 2 Tbs. Sugar and Cinnamon.

Roll dough into 1” balls, then roll in sugar mixture. Place 2” apart on cookie sheet coated with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store loosely covered.
