Cup Butter 1⅓ Cup Sugar
Eggs 3½ Cup Flour
tsp. Baking Soda ⅛ tsp Salt
tsp. Cream of Tarter 2 Tbs. Sugar
Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt, and cream of tarter and gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Combine 2 Tbs. Sugar and Cinnamon. Roll dough into 1” balls, then roll in sugar mixture. Place 2” apart on cookie sheet coated with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store loosely covered.
