- 4 Thai Bird's Eye Chilies, chopped
- 6 Red Chilies, chopped
- 2 Green Chilies, chopped
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 2 tsp Roasted Belacan/Shrimp Paste
- Lime Juice
- Sea Salt
