Scotcheroos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Corn Syrup and Sugar in a small saucepan. Cook until hot and sugar is melted. Stir in Peanut Butter and Vanilla. Mix until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in buttered 8 inch square pan. Melt 6 oz. Chocolate Chips and 6 oz. Butterscotch Chips and spread on top. Chill until set.
