Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Zucchini, grated (or more)
- 2 tbsp White Onion, minced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grate Zucchini into a large bowl
Add all other ingredients into bowl and mix well
Heat a frying pan and cook like pancakes until crispy and brown
Serve with maple syrup with breakfast or ranch dressing with dinner
