Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1-1/4 Cup Solid Crisco
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 5-1/2 Tbs. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Vinegar, Egg, and Water, then add to other ingredients. Add extra flour/water if not sticking together. Roll out and Bake. Makes 3 big pie crusts. Bake at 425 degrees until done.
