Ingredients
- Other variations of Grandma Huber-Genre rolls:
- Cook a medium potato – dice and mash with fork. Make one cup full of water/potato mixture (I use the water I boiled the potato in) Add one cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup oil. Mix
- Dissolve 1 1/2 or 2 pkgs (I used 2) Dry Yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add to above mixture, then add two eggs and mix. Put 6 cups flour in large bowl, make hole in center, add other mixture, stir until
- Roll into balls (about a small meatball size) and place three in a greased muffin pan for Clover Leaf Rolls. Let rise at least an hour in warm place with wax paper covering them.

You can also roll the dough out – brush with butter, sprinkle it with cinnamon/sugar, put a layer of brown sugar on it, add nuts (if desired).
