Taco Roll Ups

Ingredients

• 8 – Large Soft Shell Tacos
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 2 – 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
• 1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
• 2 Cups Fine Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Cream Cheese and Sour Cream, add Cheddar Cheese. Spread on Taco Shell in a thin layer.

Add on Top: Chopped Green Onions, Black Olives, 1 Small Can Chopped Green Chilies, 1 Buddig Beef (sliced) Sliced thin Cucumbers – whatever you want! I think they are great with just the mix and nothing else.

Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap and frig overnight. Slice before serving. Serve with Salsa.
