Ingredients

    cup plain or vanilla almond milk

  • 1/2

    cup orange juice

  • 1/2

    cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2

    cup rolled oats

    tablespoon. ground flax meal

  • 1/2

    cup ice cubes

Directions
