Chili Rellanos Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb HB meat
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 - 4 oz. chopped chilis
• 1 1/2 cup cheese
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and cook 1st 4 ingredients. Layer 1/2 chilis, cheese, top with meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese and chilis.combime rest of ingredients. Pour over casserole. Bake covered 45 minutes at 350.
