Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 - 16 oz. pkg. cooked kielbasa, cut into 1" slices
- 1 - 12 oz. carton cranberry-orange or cranberry-raspberry crushed fruit
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tea. red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Using the fine grate on a shredder, remove the zest from the orange. Section and chop the orange.
In a 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker combine orange and orange zest, kielbasa, cranberry-orange crushed fruit, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes.
Cover and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours on low setting.
Serve or keep warm for up to one hour. Serve kielbasa with toothpicks.
