Ingredients
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- ½ c. freshly grated parmesan
- 1 ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 8 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2” strips
- 1 stick melted butter
- Marinara sauce or honey mustard for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and spices on a plate. Dip the chicken strips in the butter, then in the bread crumb mixture. Place strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with marinara sauce or honey mustard.
