Ingredients
- 6 tblsp. melted butter
- 6 tbslp. canola oil
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. butterscotch or almond extract
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 c. flour
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. skor chocolate bars, crushed
- 1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
1. In a mixer cream the butter, oil, white & brown sugars until well blended.
2. Add in vanilla & almond extracts.
3. Blend in eggs.
4. Add in flour, baking powder & salt.
5. Fold in skor bars & pecans.
6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
7. Form by large spoonfuls into 2 logs.
8. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
9. Cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
10. Cut into slices & place cut side down on cookie sheet.
11. Lower oven to 325.
12. Bake until underneath is golden, about 10 minutes.
13. Turn cookies over & repeat.
