Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons red wine syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in blender in the order listed, EXCEPT olive oil.
Press the Sauces, Dips, Dressings, Batters button.
Let blender run full cycle.
Remove the vented lid and press the SPEED UP button until speed one (1).
In a slow stream add the olive oil to create an emulsion.
Note: Great on top of bed of spinach leaves with fruit and chopped nuts.
The recipe is mildly acidic, add another teaspoon of vinegar to increase the acidity.
