Hungarian Goulash (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 C chopped onion
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/12 T paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes w/ liquid
  • 1 C sour cream
  • Hot cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

- Place beef and onion in slow cooker
- Combine flour and spices; sprinkle over beef and stir to coat
- Add bay leaf and tomatoes
- Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low heat until meat tender
- Discard bay leaf and stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through
-Serve over noodles
