Ingredients
- 2 lbs round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 C chopped onion
- 2 T flour
- 1/12 T paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes w/ liquid
- 1 C sour cream
- Hot cooked noodles
Preparation
Step 1
- Place beef and onion in slow cooker
- Combine flour and spices; sprinkle over beef and stir to coat
- Add bay leaf and tomatoes
- Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low heat until meat tender
- Discard bay leaf and stir in sour cream just before serving; heat through
-Serve over noodles
