Ingredients
- 1 pkg (18 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 pkg (12 oz) frozen corn, thawed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook tortellini and corn according to package directions; rinse and drain in cold water.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat.
