Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup White Onion (chopped)
  • 1 small bag Tater Tots
  • 1 can condensed Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can French Cut Green beans (or favourite canned vegetable)
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Dried Onions
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and white onions, season to taste
Cover bottom of 9" x 13" pan with meat / onion mix
Drain canned beans, spread out atop meat
Cover beans with frozen tater tots
Mix 1/4 cup milk with mushroom soup and pour over top
Bake covered in oven 350 degrees for 1 hour
Cover with cheese and dried onions (use as much as you want, I usually double or triple the amount of cheese and onion)
Bake for 5 more minutes uncovered
Serve and enjoy!
