Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350
In a glass bowl melt the butter. Stir in cocoa powder and sugar. Add salt and egg and mix until combined. Stir in flour just until incorporated. Spread batter into a greased 9" pie plate or spring form pan. Set aside.
Cheesecake
Step 2
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and light. Mix in egg and vanilla just until incorporated. Pour over brownie layer and smooth into an even layer. Bake 10 minutes.
Pecan Pie
Step 3
In a bowl stir together condensed milk and cocoa powder, set aside. When the brownie cheesecake is done baking, sprinkle evenly with pecans and chocolate chips. Pour chocolate condensed milk over the top as evenly as possible Bake 20-22 minutes or until set. Immediately sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and let cool. Chill at least 4 hours before serving
