SERIOUS SOUTHERN BBQ BRISKET RUB

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Paprika
• 1/4 cup Ground Black Pepper
• 1/8 cup Salt
• 1/2 Tbs. Salt
• 1/8 cup Sugar
• 1/8 cup Chili Powder
• 1/8 cup Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the dry ingredients until blended to form a rub. Rub the brisket completely with the spice mixture.
Place the brisket, fat side up on the grill.
