Ingredients
- YOU MUST MARINADE MEAT NIGHT BEFORE. Toast almonds and chow mein noodles the evening before so they are ready to go.
- 6 cups cooked cut up chicken
- Marinade
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 cups grapes
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups mandarin oranges
- 2 cups toasted almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup miracle whip
- Topping (must be baked. see below)
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in oil, orange juice, vinegar, and salt overnight
Add additional ingredients a couple hours prior to serving
Bake chow mein noodles, butter, Worcestershire sauce in 350 oven, 15 minutes
Add noodles to salad just before serving
