Ingredients
- 1/4 c baking cocoa
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c milk chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine cocoa and oil until smooth. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add the sugar, vanilla and cocoa mixture. Stir in flour and salt just until moistened. Fold in walnuts.
Pour into a greased 8 in. square baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 16 brownies.
