Pudding Cake Dessert/ Vi

Ingredients

  • Yellow Cake Mix with pudding or White Cake Mix
  • 1 - 10 oz ( or two 1 lb) Frozen Strawberries or other berries
  • Some fresh Strawberries (optional)
  • 4 cans Vanilla Pudding (Del monte or Hunts snack puddings)
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed in two 8in. pans (round).
Split cake and put 1- 8in. in the bottom of a glass dish. (can freeze 1 cake)
Pour thawed strawberries or other frozen barries over cake.
Spread 4 puddings over berries.
Top with cool whip and fresh strawberries.
Refrig. When ready to serve, put a big spoon in bowl and let everyone help themselves.
