Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk chocolate chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 325º. Line 24 muffin cups with paper cups & spray lightly with cooking spray. Stir together zucchini, eggs, sugar, oil & vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, baking powder & chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared pan half full. Bake about 25 minutes or til tests done. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
