Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 6 oz.) or 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkge. KNORR Roasted Garlic Herb Soup, Dip & Recipe Mix
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tblsp. ketchup
- Hot cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
2. Stir in water and soup mix and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and ketchup. Serve over noodles or rice.
