Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
While macaroni is cooking chop vegetables and eggs. Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl. Add chopped vegetables and eggs. Add macaroni. Mix well and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
