Paleo "Grits"****

Ingredients

  • 3 cups "rices" cauliflower
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 T pressed garlic
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

-Run cauliflower in food processor to create small pieces.(rice/grits)
-Cook butter, cauliflower, cheese and seasonings in sauce pan until butter and cheese are melted.
-Slightly beat eggs and stir into grits.
-Transfer "grits" to a greased casserole dish or individual dishes.
-Bake 350* for 1 hour.
