Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c minute rice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tble minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook green peppers in microwave, covered on high for 2-3 min. Let stand. Mix ground beef, rice, salt, pepper, onion, and egg. Mix soup, sauce, and water. Add 1/4 cup liquid to meat mixture. Stuff peppers and set in casserole dish. Pour sauce over all. Microwave, covered, on high for 12 min.
