Ingredients

- 1 pound of Large Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
- #
- 2-3 Baskets of Pomodorini (Cherry Tomatoes)
- #
- 1 Small Jar of Capers
- #
- 1 Small Onion
- #
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
- #
- 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
- #
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- #
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- #
- 1 Box of Your Favorite Pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the Pasta. Chop Up Onions & Garlic. Saute’ both ingredients in the Olive Oil. Add Oregano, Saute’ some more. Now Add & Saute’ Shrimp until Pink. Add Fresh Cherry Tomatoes, Saute’ & Cook for 10 minutes. You can add Salt & Pepper at this point. Cherry Tomatoes will start to soften up. I break them up a little with my wooden spoon to get the juices out. Once the juice from the Tomatoes is slightly dried up then add Capers. Saute’ some more until the Sauce looks a slightly thicker. Add the Pasta. Mix well to incorporate the Sauce. Once Plated you can Drizzle Olive Oil and Serve Hot!
