Ingredients
- 4 c Corn Chex
- 5 c Rice Chex
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1-1/2 c powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Measure cereal into a very large Ziploc bag. Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter into microwavable bowl and melt for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring intermittently. Stir in vanilla. Pour over mixture in bag. Seal tightly and shake until well coated. Add powdered sugar into bag and shake some more.
