Nigella Lawson's Thai Pickled Peppers

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup red chile peppers, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
  • 1 jar with vinegar-proof lid

Preparation

Step 1

Thinly slice the chile peppers and put into your preserving jar. Pour vinegar over them. Seal jar with a lid, and leave in the refrigerator 48 hours before eating.
