Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and mashed
- 1 small zuchinni, grated
- 3 Tbl finely chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbl red wine vinegar
- 1 tbl sriacha sauce
- 2 Tbl peanut butter
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsq black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 Tbl olive oil

Step 1
All all ingredients to a bowl. Use your hands to mix very well.
Form into 6-8 patties.
Fry in small amount of oil 3-5 minutes per side.
