Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and mashed
  • 1 small zuchinni, grated
  • 3 Tbl finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 Tbl red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbl sriacha sauce
  • 2 Tbl peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsq black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 Tbl olive oil

Cooking time 20mins

Preparation

Step 1

All all ingredients to a bowl. Use your hands to mix very well.
Form into 6-8 patties.
Fry in small amount of oil 3-5 minutes per side.
