    can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and mashed

    small zuchinni, grated

    Tbl finely chopped cilantro

    Tbl red wine vinegar

    tbl sriacha sauce

    Tbl peanut butter

    tsp cumin

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

    tsq black pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp sea salt

    tsp onion powder

    cup quick oats

    Tbl olive oil

Directions

All all ingredients to a bowl. Use your hands to mix very well. Form into 6-8 patties. Fry in small amount of oil 3-5 minutes per side.
